Ingredients:
- 3 oz/ 90 ml soy milk (you can use regular milk)
- 1 ½ banana
- 4 oz /125 ml low-fat yogurt, frozen overnight, or low-fat yogurt and 4 ice cubes
- 2 tsp chopped almonds
- 1 tsp chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 ice cubes
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients together and process until you get a nice and creamy texture. Pour the smoothie in glasses and always serve it freshly prepared.
