Some months of the year have more than 29 days which means that sometimes we get to see a full moon twice in a month. In 2020, we will get a chance to admire 13 full moons. “Most Blue Moons look pale gray and white, indistinguishable from any other moon you’ve ever seen,” experts at NASA explain. “Squeezing a second full moon into a calendar month doesn’t change the physical properties of the moon itself, so the color remains the same.”
