Detox Drink Recipe
Ingredients:
- 17 oz /½ liter of water
- 1 grapefruit
- 2 large carrots
- 1 cucumber
- two slices of grated ginger
- 5 mint leaves
Preparation:
Peel the grapefruit, carrot and cucumber and cut them into slices. Blend finely. Add water and ginger, then blend again. Finally, add the mint leaves. Drink this detox beverage twice a day, preferably in the morning and before lunch.
