Numerous people were delighted to hear a waitress sing, after footage of her powerhouse vocals hit the internet.

Erika Kayne, of Cleveland, Ohio, works at KeVante’s Restaurant & Lounge, and while printing receipts and collecting payments, she started belting out “Need U Bad” by Jazmine Sullivan on a microphone.

At the moment, comedian Justin Whitehead was there to catch it all on camera and posted the clip to Instagram, which Kayne reposted.

The video quickly went viral, and people praised the woman for her multitasking skills and strong pipes, including numerous celebrities, such as Snoop Dogg, SZA, D.L. Hughley, Tiny, Jemele Hill, Kandi Burruss, and Monica.

Monica wrote “Looooove your voice”, Burruss commented “Your voice is incredible”, while Hill posted it on Twitter with the caption “Visual proof that black women are amazing.”

“BlackGirlMagic this morning to start your day!! She’s DOPE and she’s back there handling business!!” read the caption of Hughley’s Instagram post, while the “Grey’s Anatomy” star Williams wrote, “ won’t he do it..”

Kayne was overwhelmed by the attention she received, and she wrote on Instagram that all the love that comes from everybody simply left her speechless. She said that she is extremely grateful and appreciates all the kind words.

In only two days, Kayne’s Instagram repost has been viewed more than 270,000 times and liked over 76,000 times. Since then, she has made radio and television appearances, including one on Good Morning America’s “Strahan and Sara.”

However, even though she is now receiving the national attention, she has been singing for years, and her Instagram and Twitter pages are full of promotions of her shows and recordings, and she has also got tons of YouTube videos showing off her vocal prowess.
