The small dark spots on your skin, or blackheads, are also named “open comedones”, and “closed comedones” are the whiteheads. These dark spots are actually blocked pores, which are filled with skin debris, keratin and sebum, an oily substance. When in this stage, they represent the beginning of the formation of pimples and acne.

Treatments to Get Rid of Nose Blackheads
Lemon Juice Scrub
This scrub is remarkable in cases of this kind of skin issues, since we all know that lemon is loaded with certain vitamins and nutrients that are highly efficient against blackheads.
Ingredients:

  • some honey;
  • some yogurt;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • some lemon juice;
  • rosewater or milk;
  • a jar or a bowl.

Procedure:
Mix the honey, yogurt, salt and lemon juice. Apply the prepared mixture evenly, and scrub the affected area on your skin.
You can also make a facial cleanser by mixing rosewater or milk with lemon juice. Repeat this treatment daily, for up to 10-12 days.
Egg White Mask
Treat your pores with a mask of egg whites. Apart from being efficient in removing blackheads on your nose, it will also stop possible future outbreaks. Egg whites are great for your skin since they are rich in nutrients.
You will need:

  • one egg;
  • a clean towel;
  • a small bowl;
  • a facial tissue or some toilet paper

Procedure:
First, separate the yolk from the white. Wash your face and pat it dry. Apply the egg white on your skin in a thin layer. Put the toilet paper or facial tissue on the white portion pressing your face gently and leave it for some time, until the layer dries. Then, apply a second layer over the paper or tissue but take care for them not to slide. Leave it some more time until this layer dries too. A third layer is applied optionally.
When your mask is dry, your face will feel tight. Peel off the mask, and get rid of any residue. In the end, pat your face dry again and apply some moisturizer.
Green Tea
We are all aware of the numerous benefits of green tea, it stimulates weight loss, reduces the risk of various types of cancer, improves brain function, fights type 2 diabetes, lowers the risk of Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s and improves dental health. In addition, it is remarkable in the treatment of blackheads. This scrub is excellent for deep cleaning oily skin and unclogging pores.
You will need:

  • a soft towel or napkin;
  • a bowl.
  • green tea leaves;
  • water;
  • a teaspoon;

Procedure:
Put one tablespoon of the dry green tea leaves in a bowl and pour some water. Mix them until you get a paste.  Rub this paste over the blackheads for 2 to 3 minutes.
Afterwards, wash off with lukewarm water and pat dry with a soft towel or napkin.
Sugar Scrub
In order to achieve better circulation, along with radiant skin you need a decent exfoliating and moisturizing. Exfoliating actually removes dead skin cells clogging your pores.
This can be done in various ways, but it is best to use jojoba oil as it is similar to the body’s own sebum. Olive, grape seed or sweet almond oil are also recommended for the same cause.
Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp jojoba oil;
  • 1 cup white or brown sugar;
  • some essential oil (optional).
  • one airtight glass jar;

Procedure:
Prepare a mixture by stirring the jojoba oil and sugar well. In case you like a fragrance, add a few drops of some essential oil to it. Put the mixture in a glass jar and store it in a dark and cool place.
The, before application, stir the mixture again and apply it always on a wet face. Massage your skin slowly in circular motions and leave it on for half an hour.
Afterwards, wash it off with water and apply some moisturizer.
Note: In order to avoid skin irritations, do not use this scrub for more than twice a week.
Cinnamon and Honey Strips
This combination will help you get radiant, healthy, smooth, and blackhead free skin. Its power lies in the high content of anti-bacterial agents in honey which guard against acne-causing bacteria, and cinnamon, on the other hand, stimulates circulation. Moreover, this treatment will remove anything that is clogging your pores.
You will need:

  • raw, organic honey;
  • cinnamon powder;
  • clean cotton strips.

Procedure:
First, blend the cinnamon and honey and create the mixture. Apply a thin layer on your blackheads and press a cotton strip over it. Leave it for three to five minutes and then remove the strip and wash your face. In the end, apply some moisturizer.
