How To Detoxify Your Body Properly in 3 or 30 days – The Choice is Yours

3-Day Detox Diet Plan

Day 1

Drink a bottle of water when you wake up in the morning. May the water be on room temperature, otherwise cold water can shock your body.

Add some lemon juice and cayenne pepper, or ginger. Drinking plenty of water will prevent dehydration, and lemon is an excellent antioxidant. Ginger provides energy, so nutritionists often recommend it.

Make a healthy smoothie for breakfast. Use kale, celery and cucumber.

For lunch, dip some celery and carrot sticks in homemade hummus (use chickpeas, lemon juice and a lot of garlic). You can also snack some almonds. Prepare some nice tomato soup for dinner, and make sure you add a lot of fresh garlic. Garlic is a healthy vegetable, perfect for the detox process.

You probably know that you should have it on your table every day, and make sure you add it to at least one of your meals.

Day 2

Day 2 would be pretty much the same as the first day. Drink plenty of water in the morning, have a smoothie for breakfast, carrots dipped in some hummus for lunch.

You can also drink some apple juice. Actually, you should drink about 2 liters of natural juice during the day. Make sure your juice is natural, without any sugar or preservatives added. For dinner, you can have some vegetable sushi.

Day 3

Again -- lemon water, Kale and celery smoothie, carrots and hummus, but for dinner you can have a tomato salad. Add some finely chopped cucumber and parsley. Use lemon juice and some garlic for the dressing.

Post-Detox Diet Plan

Post-detox phase is also important. You have to stick to the healthy diet regimen. Do not eat processed or fatty foods. Eat raw vegetables and fruits instead of salty or sweet snacks, and drink plenty of water.

If you like to add some meat to your diet plan, which is good in every aspect, eat red meat occasionally, and try to eat more fish and chicken. Even if you do not do the 3-day detox, you can still clean your body by following this regimen in the next 30 days.
