Eat Healthy
There are certain rules when it comes to healthy diet. For example, blood type diet, paleolithic diet, vegan food or raw food diet. But, do not forget the most important rule: you need food. All you have to do is choose what works best for you.
Fruits, vegetables and nuts are always the best choice. It is the healthiest thing you can do for your body. But, your organism needs other foods different than these, and what is more important, you have to balance the nutrient intake.

Drink Water
Drinking plenty of water is one of the most powerful detoxification methods. Large percent of your body is made up of water, and water is more than necessary for its proper function.
Exercise
You sweat during the workout and sweat contains waste materia and toxins. Exercising makes you strong, but it strengthens your mind and eliminates the toxins from your body at the same time.
