The easiest way to use the health benefits of horseradish -- several recipes of folk medicine
Horseradish for healthy heart and bloodstream
Ingredients:
- 5 teaspoons of carrot juice,
- 5 teaspoons grated horseradish,
- 3 lemons,
- 2 cups honey
Stir all the ingredients together, squeeze the lemons together with the other ingredients, put the mixture in a jar and keep in a cool, dry place. Take each day one tablespoon three times a day.
Horseradish tea for strengthening the lungs
Ingredients:
- 10 grams/0.22 lbs horseradish
- 200 ml. boiling water
After you cook the tea in the same way like any other, divide it into three doses, and drink it three times a day, heated on temperature around 40 degrees C.
Use horseradish for better digestion
Ingredients:
- 1 liter/4.23 cups of white wine,
- 50 grams/o.11 lbs root of horseradish
In one liter of white wine add the horseradish, close it and leave it in a dark place, then every day drink 100 mL (milliliters)/0.43cups after eating.
Horseradish against colds
Ingredients:
- A larger horseradish root
- Lemon juice
Grate the horseradish root and add the lemon juice. Put the mixture in a jar. Close the jar and put it in the fridge for 1 day. Take one tablespoon of the mixture several times a day between your meals.
Note: After taking some of these recipes may feel burning in your throat, and tears in your eyes. Drinking water immediately after the mixture is not recommended.
