Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard (preferably spicy-hot)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking soda
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well untill you get a nice and homogenous mixture. Keep the cream in an empty cream container or any other container you find suitable. We guarantee that it will relieve your pain in a short period of time.
Use:
Apply some of the homemade cream on the affected area, put a plastic bag over and wrap it with a woolen cloth, preferably a scarf. But, make sure you tie it loose. Leave the cream on for 1.5-2 hours.
It is best if you do this before you go to bed, because during the night you do not move the joints, and they can heal better. You can rinse the area in the morning.
Repeat the same treatment for 4-5 days. You should feel some improvement after the first application. This mixture is enough for a few treatments, and make sure you keep it in the fridge.
You may not believe it, but mustard has proven to be effective in the treatment of various health conditions. It is made from the mustard seeds.
Mustard is not only used in the treatment of joint pain, you can also use it to treat burns. Just put a thick layer on the skin area and the pain will soon disappear. To relieve headache, apply some mustard on your forehead and the temples.
