Ingredients:

- 20 milliliters of vinegar
- 500 grams Carrots
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1000 grams Cabbage

Preparation:

Clean the cabbage and chop finely on very thin strips.
Clean the carrots, wash and shred fine.
Mix the shredded carrots and the chopped cabbage and season with salt, a little black ground pepper, oil and vinegar.
