Apples are the most favorite autumn products and you can do different recipes with them. But instead of throwing away their peel, it can be used in a different ways.

Make Jelly or Chips
Apples are full of antioxidants, especially in their peel. A half of the present vitamin C in the apple is in the peel. Your needed dose of antioxidants you can have for the breakfast from jelly made of the peel or from sweet chips made of peel.
All you need to do is to sprinkle pieces of apple peel with a little of water, brown sugar and cinnamon.Put them in the baking tray covered with baking paper and bake them in oven at 150°C until they become crisply.
Make a Tea
On this way you can use the most of the apples peel. All you need is apple peel,3 or 4 cups of water, a half of a teaspoon cinnamon, one teaspoon honey and one teaspoon juice of lemon. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, except the honey and boil them about 15 minutes. Strain it, add the honey and now you have a perfect health drink.

The apples and the cinnamon are the favorite aromas to many people. Boil the apple peel, cinnamon, lemon and ginger. Let it to evaporate. The nice aroma will spread at your home.
