Domino’s Is Hiring A ‘Garlic Bread Taste Tester’ For $30 An Hour

If you are lucky enough, you can become Domino’s garlic bread tester for a day for 30$ an hour for seven and a half hours!

Yes- you read it right- the pizza giant seeks someone who would like to spend a day sampling their garlic breads and upcoming products, such as Domino’s garlic bread, cheesy garlic bread, and cheese and garlic scrolls, and get paid for it.

Garlic bread is one of the chain’s iconic beloved products, and according to the company, Domino’s Australia sold almost 42,000 garlic breads on National Garlic Day last year. Yet, it will not be just garlic bread on the table- the taste-tester will also get an exclusive chance to taste products that have not yet been released to the public.

The Australian Pizza Chain is offering the unique role on Linkedln, but it asked individuals considering the role to ensure they are not afraid of carbs, but are passionate about food.

The Ad listed requirement which also includes an applicant having a working taste buds as well as a history of reviewing several foods.

Domino’s noted that the “ideal candidate” has “never met a carb they didn’t like” and “does not identify as a vampire.”

The tester must also understand the perfect “crunch to softness” ratio, must have “burned their fingers at least once not being able to wait for the garlic bread to cool down,” and should be passionate about “food, innovation, and having fun.”

Moreover, candidates should have 5-Years’ experience in garlic bread consumption and an understanding of the Pizza and garlic bread connection.

The Ad continues:

‘We’re looking for an individual who is a little bit crunchy, but mostly soft and warm on the inside to assist in tasting our World-Famous Garlic Bread at Domino’s Headquarters in Brisbane.’

Moreover, applicants will be spending a day at the Domino’s HQ, testing a range of treats and providing significant feedback.

In case the applicant isn’t situated within the driving distance of the offices, Domino is also offering a return domestic flights as well as a night’s free accommodation.
