The differences between national cuisines are always something interesting to investigate, as tables around the world differ a lot in terms of food items, cooking practices, colors, and spices.
Moreover, some of them are much healthier and balanced than others.
This fascinated photographer Gregg Segal and inspired a project that lasted for 3 years.
Namely, he spent this time living in 9 different countries, documenting what kids eat around the globe on a daily basis.
The photos he took are magnificent and reveal some captivating information. You can see the collection in his book Daily Bread: What Kids Eat Around the World.
