You can provide honey with a long shelf- life by storing it in a tightly sealed glass jar in a cool area.  In fact, the sweet nectar is believed to be one of the longest lasting foods in the world.

Eggs can be frozen as other food products, so you should simply crack them into an ice cube container, with a little salt or sugar, in order not to become grainy, and use as needed.

You should place fresh berries straight into a bowl with water and vinegar (ratio 10:1). Then, drain them in a sieve after 5 minutes and let dry. It will kill off the small micro-organisms (of the biological kind) and extends their shelf- life.
