The actor wrote a nice caption for the photo that became viral within a few hours. Hollywood Life writes that Wahlberg was referring to the global community fitness community F45 which promotes innovative and high-intensity group workouts that provide rapid results.

Wahlberg invested in the company in November 2018, and he had a few great reasons to do that. He was impressed by the routine, and it took several sessions for him to realize that it was the right decision.
