Get in your bathtub and soak only your feet. Do this for 10-15 minutes.
Get out of the tub and pat dry your feet. Put on your favorite woolen socks. Do this every evening to boost your immunity.
If your already have a cold, that is a reason plus to strengthen your immunity. In this case, soak your feet in cold water every four hours. Do not panic, this method will not harm your health, it will only do you good, explains Dr Sergey.
