We will reveal a secret natural remedy that will keep your skin moisturized and relieve the pain in the muscles- magnesium lotion.

Magnesium is a mineral which is extremely important for the body. In fact, it is needed for more than 300 chemical reactions. These are the most important health benefits of magnesium:

  • Boosts circulation
  • Heals and alleviates inflammation and injuries
  • Supports the health of the bones
  • Aids the absorption of vitamin D from the sun
  • Can reduce the diabetes risk
  • Balances energy levels

This mineral is extremely important for the body, but unfortunately, modern diets, especially the American one, lack it. It has been shown that an adult gets only 66% of the daily recommended value of magnesium.

The topical application of magnesium will supplement your body with this mineral, as the body will absorb it through the skin.

Dr. Norman Shealy of the American Holistic Medical Association conducted a study involved participants which used magnesium flake foot soaks and topically applied magnesium oil on a daily basis. After a month, 75% of participants showed a dramatical increase in their magnesium levels.

The following natural moisturizing body butter will moisturize and soothe muscles, and protect the skin from sun damage, as shea butter and avocado oil have a natural SPF ranging from 4 – 10.
