Avocado Baked Eggs- recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • Turmeric to taste (optional)
  • Paprika to taste (optional)
  • Cayenne to taste (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

You need to preheat your oven to 425°C (225°C). Cut the avocado in slices and remove its seeds. In order to make some space for the eggs, you need to spoon out a bit of the avocado. Next, press it into baking sheet to make its bottom flat and avoid it falling over.

Then, crack an egg in the avocado half and add some spice, salt, pepper, turmeric, cayenne or paprika. Now, put them on a baking sheet and cook the filled avocado halves until the eggs are done.
