Person Filmed Sneaking Down Street Dressed as a Bush During Quarantine

These are challenging times for us all, and the lockdown undoubtedly has its consequences on us. As the fast-spreading coronavirus keeps terrifying the planet, the measures issued by governments become stricter.

So, we all get creative at times to relieve the stress and deal with the new way of life. Yet, some people find it especially difficult to stay at home and follow the quarantine restrictions, and this has led to some pretty hilarious stories.

In the UK, a couple from Stevenage, Hertfordshire, Nicholas Murray, and Madeline Mai-Davies, recorded their neighbor during quarantine hours, making his way down the road disguised as a bush!

They posted the videos to TikTok, and they garnered millions of views! Their neighbor, covered in fake leaves from head to toe, carefully moves down the street.

In her video, Madeline is heard saying that her neighbor “reached new extremes of how to sneak out”.

Yet, it was later discovered that the man was actually playing a prank on everyone and was just out for grocery shopping which is still allowed under curfew.

In the hilarious videos, he rolls and somersaults across the road, and even freezes when a postman drives by in the quiet street. He later returned with a grocery bag.

Murray later said:

“Looking back, I didn’t expect the video to go that viral and get 16.5 million views. Whilst in this difficult time we want to bring smiles, laughs, and hope.”

Mai-Davies added:

“I was overwhelmed with the support and following that came from it.”

Pretty creative, we must admit!
