This is excellent recipe to prepare healthy meal for your baby (1-2 years). A tasty recipe with egg (for dinner or for lunch).
Ingredients:
- 2 Small carrots or 1 large
- Half zucchini
- Broccoli
- 3 Teaspoons yogurt
- Egg
- Olive oil
- Pinch of salt
Preparation:
Boil the carrots, broccoli, zucchini and then smash.
Mix the egg with yogurt and add little slat. Add the smashed vegetables in this mixture, fry for a while with olive oil and the baby’s meal is ready.
