6. A combination of honey and cinnamon is known to help relieve stomachache. The pair – which are packed with anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties – not only treats ulcers but also reduces gas in the stomach.

7. Dermatologists at the University of Grenoble say that the extract of cinnamon is one of the most effective cellulite removers. In the conducted experiment were involved 80 women who had this cosmetic problem. And the results were excellent. Also it has been proven that cinnamon extract improves the look of your skin.

Oranges With Cinnamon Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 grams Orange
  • 4 tablespoons Orange Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon

PREPARATION:

Time to prepare: 10 min
Cooking time: 10 min

Peel the oranges and cut into 5-6 pieces.
Mix the juice of orange and lemon with cinnamon and honey.
Pour the mixture over each portion.

Raspberry & Mint Infused Water

Berry season is finally here!

Raspberries make such a sweet and flavorful water – you are going to love experimenting with them. Not only is this infused water delicious, but the water becomes slightly pink, which makes it an ideal drink to impress guests with.

This recipe includes raspberries which are packed with vitamin C, and help boost your immune system at the same time. The mint gives it a fresh flavor and helps you detox too.

 

Ingredients:

  • Use 1/3 cup of raspberries
  • 8 sprigs of mint
  • 5 cups of filtered water
  • 1tbsp of orange water (optional)

Preparation:

Use a BPA-Free pitcher or mason jar, add 5 cups of filtered water.
Let the mixture infuse in the fridge for at least one hour
The vitamin water can keep up to 2 days and you can refill it too.

Advice: If you do not like mint you can use rosemary or thyme instead.

Macedonian Salad Recipe

Macedonian cuisine is one of the best cuisines on Balkan.

Many people who have tasted Macedonian cuisines, say that Macedonians have one of the most delicious food in the world. You should try this recipe: “Traditional Macedonian Veggie Salad”

 

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of low-fat cheese
  • 200 grams Peppers
  • 20 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 200 grams Onion
  • 200 grams Cucumber
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 400 grams Tomato

PREPARATION:

Time to prepare: 10 minutes.

 

Clean the peppers, tomatoes & cucumber and chop them into cubes and add in a bowl.
Into the bowl add the onions sliced into thin wheels. Stir nicely,  and over the mixture add parsley and apple cider vinegar. For the lovers of hot taste you can also add chopped hot pepper. Shred the low-fat cheese over the salad and decorate with parsley.

Avocado – The World’s Healthiest Food

1. July 4th Appetizer – Simple Lemon Fruit Dip!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold almond milk
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
  • Assorted fresh fruit

Preparation:

In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). Whisk in sour cream. Chill until serving. Serve with fruit. Yield: 1-2/3 cups.

 

2. July 4th Salad Recipe – Pina Colada Fruit Salad !

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups green grapes
  • 1-1/2 cups seedless red grapes
  • 1-1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1-1/2 cups halved fresh strawberries
  • 8 ounces pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 10 ounces frozen non-alcoholic pina colada mix, thawed
  • 1/2 cup pineapple-orange juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract

Preparation:

In a serving bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk the pina colada mix, juice and extracts. Pour over fruit; toss to coat. Chill until serving.

3. Lemon Vinaigrette Potato Salad Recipe !

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds red potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

Preparation:

1.Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk the oil, lemon juice, herbs, vinegar, lemon peel, salt and pepper.

2.Drain potatoes. Place in a large bowl; add onion. Drizzle with vinaigrette; toss to coat. Serve warm or chill until serving.

4. 4th of July Grilling Recipes – Grilled Vegetable Recipe !

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Dash salt
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 small carrots, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 large sweet red pepper, cut into 1-inch strips
  • 1 medium yellow summer squash, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges

Preparation:

In a small bowl, whisk the first seven ingredients. Place 3 tablespoons marinade in a large resealable plastic bag. Add vegetables; seal bag and turn to coat. Marinate 1-1/2 hours at room temperature.

Transfer vegetables to a grilling grid; place grid on grill rack. Grill vegetables, covered, over medium heat 8-12 minutes or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally.

Place vegetables on a large serving plate. Drizzle with remaining marinade. Yield: 6 servings.

Advice: If you do not have a grilling grid, use a disposable foil pan. Poke holes in the bottom of the pan with a meat fork to allow liquid to drain.

2. 6 to 12 months – 100 ml/ 3.38 oz per day in a cup (not a bottle) to avoid tooth decay
3. 1 to 6 years – 170 ml/ 5.75 oz per day
4. Over 7 years – 350 ml/ 11.85 oz per day

8. Celery Cool Down
Celery – 2 stalk, large
