I don’t believe there is a child that does not know Winnie-the-Pooh and Christopher Robin, as well as their loyal and naïve best friends, Piglet, Eeyore, Kanga, Roo, Tigger, and Rabbit.

The adventures of Christopher Robin and his stuffed friends have taught us all valuable lessons about life.

The most important of all, the everyone’s favorite honey-lovin’ t-shirt wearing teddy bear reminds us to always look on the bright side of life.

The author, A. A. Milne, named Pooh after the teddy bear owned by his son, Christopher Robin Milne. The names of the other characters were Christopher’s other toys too.

Milne created Winnie the Pooh in the 1920s, and it was an instant success. In 1961, Disney bought the rights to Winnie the Pooh, and the entire world learned about the cheerful bear and his wisdom about the simplicity of life.

Nowadays, millions of people of all ages love Winnie the Pooh, and the famous bear has become the star of many books, cartoons, games, and TV shows.
