Method of preparation:
-Cook 2 cups of water in a pot. Add the peeled and chopped ginger and reduce the heat to medium. Cook the ginger for 5 minutes.
Next, remove the pot from the heat and let it sit for 20 minutes. Afterwards, strain the liquid through a fine sieve, and remove the pieces of ginger.
