Rainbow fruit salad with honey and lime
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 lb pineapple, diced
- 12 oz blueberries
- 6 oz blackberries
- 1 lb strawberries, sliced
- 3 tangerines, peeled and sectioned
- 4 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
Honey-lime dressing
- 1/4 cup organic honey
- 2 tsp organic lime zest
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Preparation:
Combine the fruits in a bowl. Take another bowl and put in your dressing ingredients. Whisk well.
Pour the dressing over your fruits and toss until every bit of the fruits is evenly covered.
